Account Deletion

Once your iFLYTEK Open Platform account is deleted, it cannot be restored. After the account is deleted, you will not be able to use any services on iFLYTEK Open Platform. Please operate with caution.

Account Deletion Conditions

  • if there are purchased but not used services or unused rights under your iFLYTEK Open Platform account, we recommend you to use it before submitting a the account deletion request. If you submit an account deletion request when there are unused services or rights under your account, you will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the corresponding services and rights, and the unused services and rights will be invalid or can no longer be used after you initiate the account deletion process.

  • The account balance must be less than $1.

  • Your account cancellation request is not for the purpose of avoiding ongoing or upcoming complaints, disputes, lawsuits, or evading the supervision of the competent authority, or circumventing the relevant provisions of laws and regulations or other bad intentions.

Account Deletion Process

Please visit console and select “Submit Request” in “Requests” category, and submit a request to delete your account.

Account Deletion Time Limit

It takes about 3 working days for the account deletion request review, please wait patiently. After the account is successfully deleted, you will receive a notification from the channel (email) where the account was registered. After your account is cancelled, you will not be able to log in with your account.
